1. Can I make a booking online?
Yes, you can make the reservation online, which will be confirmed by email.
2. How can I make the payment?
Payment can be made by bank transfer, paypal account or directly to the driver in cash.
3. What documents will I receive?
Receive for each service booked a voucher and its proof of payment to be sent electronically to your email.The voucher must be issued to the driver of everywhere, and this is the proof of your payment, otherwise everywhere may deny transfers.
4. Where can I find the driver?
At Faro airport after collected your luggage and exit into the arrivals hall, turn left. You will see the driver of Everywhere that will be waiting with signboard with your name on it.If you do not find the driver in the arrival area please contact us: + 351 968 308 464 or + 351 925 877 799.
5. Do you have children’s seats, baby seats, infant carriers?
Yes, subject to availability children seats are free of charge, they must be reserved at the time of booking the transfer.
6. The driver speak English?
Yes. All our drivers speak English.
7. It is possible to cancel a reservation and refund the money?
Yes, it is possible to cancel the reservation and refund the money, provided it is made with 24 hours advance by email or phone.
8. Can I change a reservation?
Yes, but you should do as soon as possible, so we can arrange the changes.
9. What happens if the flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed, there is no need to worry – we always confirm flight directly with Faro airport and will be waiting until you arrive.
10. Can I book my return trip?

11. All the passengers have insurance?
All drivers, passengers and vehicles have license and insurance required under Portuguese law, Turismo de Portugal IP.
12. Luggage allowance per passenger?
Each passenger is allowed to carry a suitcase and a hand bag. If you want to take extra baggage, such a bike, golf bags, etc., please kindly inform at time of booking.
13. Can I speak directly to someone from everywhere if you want?
Yes, always feel free to contact us directly by email or phone if you have any questions, or want to make changes to reservations.
14. Can I book a transfer for the same day?
Yes, we accept bookings for the same day when incurred for the number
